Returns
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-sale items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), provided the items are in their original, unused condition.
To initiate a return, please reach out to our Customer Support team at info@seryt.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Be sure to have your order number and the email address linked to your order ready to facilitate the return process.
Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Order Cancellations
We can attempt to cancel an order within one hour of it being placed, although we cannot guarantee cancellation after that time. If the cancellation period has passed, please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process.
Additional Information
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. To ensure your return is tracked, we suggest using a shipping service that offers tracking.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- If any of the following conditions are not met, SERYT reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking fee or decline the return:
- The Return Authorization (RA) number must be clearly visible on the return packaging.
- The item and packaging must be returned in new and unused condition.
- All original items, manuals, and packaging must be included in the return.
